You will develop client portfolios, secure assignments, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement, while working remotely on a commission basis. • Identify and secure new executive search and recruitment assignments to increase market presence.
• Build and maintain trusted client and candidate relationships to secure repeat business.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement.
• Conduct executive search, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Advise clients on recruitment strategies, talent availability, and market insights.
