Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a recruiter passionate about live Technology mandates. You will build your candidate network and nurture client relationships while managing end-to-end search assignments.

You will research, map, headhunt and screen tech professionals, prepare polished shortlists and briefs, and maintain meticulous records. A strong communicator with a proactive mindset will thrive as you grow into senior client delivery roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, executive search or research.
• Strong interest in Technology; exposure to software, data, cloud or cybersecurity hiring is an advantage.
• A proactive and resilient approach, comfortable with direct headhunting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ambition to progress into a full 360-degree role, owning both client business development and candidate delivery.
