Search Staffing Services in Singapore is expanding and seeking a Senior Search Consultant to lead executive search and candidate sourcing. You will independently manage the recruitment process, build strong candidate networks and foster enduring client relationships to deliver top placements.

You will drive the full lifecycle from sourcing to negotiation and placement, leveraging LinkedIn, databases and referrals. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment or executive search.
• Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and headhunting to interviews, offers and placement.
• Conduct executive search using LinkedIn, databases, referrals and networking.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding hiring needs and delivering suitable candidates within timelines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks across assigned industries.
• Achieve individual recruitment and placement targets while contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation.
