Onyx SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive Search Consultant in Singapore. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with the freedom to build your own area of expertise and a desk aligned with your strengths.

You will identify and develop new client relationships, understand hiring needs, manage searches from briefing to offer, and source, interview, and assess candidates for mid- to senior-level roles. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or business development is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with professionals at various levels.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new client relationships through business development activities.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and advise on market options.
• Manage searches from job briefing and talent mapping through to offer acceptance.
• Source, interview and assess candidates for mid- to senior-level roles.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage offer negotiations and support both parties through the hiring process.
• Take ownership of your targets and contribute to firm growth.
