Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth in Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and target new enterprise logos with strategic account planning.

You will build executive relationships with senior business and technology leaders, articulate Elastic's value, and collaborate with solution architects to close seven-figure deals. A hunter mentality and 8–10 years of B2B tech sales are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of B2B technology sales experience selling enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven hunter with a track record of acquiring new logos.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and procurements.
• Strong value-based selling and executive engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise customers and target Singapore-based logos.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing of deals.
• Develop executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs and business leaders.
• Collaborate with solution architecture and partners to close seven-figure opportunities.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and drive quota attainment.
