Job summary

Addiction Foods LLC is seeking a skilled E-commerce Account Manager to lead and optimize our Amazon store while expanding across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will drive campaigns, manage content and pricing, and coordinate with fulfillment to ensure stellar post-purchase service.

You will leverage consumer insights and analytics to boost performance, manage international markets, and report on ROAS, traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years hands-on experience managing Amazon, Shopify stores (including theme management, apps, payments, and performance).
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop as additional platforms.
• Strong grasp of consumer insights, data interpretation, and market trends.
• Proven track record in planning and executing high-performing e-commerce campaigns.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Excel, and platform dashboards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for our Amazon store, with optimized product listings.
• Support and manage regional stores on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, ensuring content, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipping and excellent post-purchase customer service.
• Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns tailored to each platform’s audience and calendar.
• Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROAS) and implement real-time optimizations.
• Translate insights into platform-specific strategies to improve assortment, pricing and positioning.
• Deliver performance reports on sales, user behavior, campaign ROI, and engagement trends.
