Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead strategy across multiple markets and oversee the online platforms. You will drive revenue growth, manage product listings, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to optimise user experience and conversions.

You will work with Marketing, Merchandising and Analytics to implement SEO/SEM, UI/UX, and conversion optimisation initiatives while ensuring compliance and data privacy across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years’ E‑Commerce Manager experience in Fashion/Retail/FMCG.
• Hands-on experience managing a company’s own e‑commerce website, not just marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e‑commerce strategy to drive online revenue.
• Manage and optimise product listings, content, and site functionality.
• Monitor website performance, UX, and conversion rate.
• Lead a team of ~5 employees including E‑Commerce Executives, UI/UX Designer and Data Analyst.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan digital campaigns and drive traffic.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and e‑commerce regulations.
