Job summary

Ex Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Digital Marketer to drive sales across our ecommerce platforms.

You will own the full revenue funnel, from paid ads to pricing, bundles, and promotions, with metrics like GMV, ROAS, and conversion rate guiding you. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and coordinate live-commerce activities and promo calendars.

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on ecommerce performance marketing experience.
Proven track record hitting sales and ROAS targets.
Experience managing SGD 10K+/month ad budgets.
Strong pricing, bundling, and promo mechanics in SEA.
Data-savvy with ability to pull numbers and report.
Fluent English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and Lazada.
Manage monthly ad budgets with ROAS targets; scale winners, cut losers.
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with content team on ad creatives.
Own promo calendar for major campaigns.
Design product bundles, discounts, and vouchers to raise AOV.
Monitor competitor pricing and adjust offers to protect margins.
Coordinate with operations on stock levels before promos.
Design livestream-exclusive offers and voucher drops.
Optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, reviews).
