Job summary

Ryan’s Grocery (GWC) PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven digital manager to grow its online presence and e-commerce revenue. You will shape digital strategy, manage platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, and lead campaigns to improve traffic and conversions.

The role requires 3–5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing; managerial experience is preferred for the Manager position. Knowledge of Google Analytics and AI tools will be valuable for optimization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing; managerial experience preferred for Manager.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, SEO and web analytics.
• Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation and data analysis.
• Experience in grocery retail or online grocery delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online presence and e-commerce channels.
• Develop digital strategies, campaigns, and promotions to boost revenue.
• Track traffic, conversions, and campaign performance with analytics tools.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory syncing, and customer service chats.
