Job summary

Reolink is seeking an E‑Commerce Marketing Manager to drive growth across the US, Australia, and European markets. You will manage the official website and Amazon storefront, optimize listings, run ads, and coordinate fulfillment while ensuring policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in e‑commerce, strong GA/CRO skills, and a track record of cross-border growth. This role focuses on expanding sales through multiple online channels and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years hands-on experience in an e‑commerce company’s official website or on Amazon.
• Familiar with website traffic, conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO.
• Experience with online store operations and online sales growth duties.
• Cross-border e‑commerce experience is an advantage (Australia/Europe/US).

Responsibilities

• Manage Reolink Official Website and Amazon storefronts, with other portals handled by distributors/outsource agents.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data; optimize product and pricing strategies.
• Upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization for better visibility and conversions.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, campaigns, ads, and sponsored listings.
• Monitor orders and coordinate fulfillment; ensure compliance with platform policies.
