Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to source directors of hospital operations who will help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We seek 5+ years in hospital operations or health system consulting with ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work, plus expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship for executive briefs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work.
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated hospital documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop patient throughput models and bed utilization dashboards for executive briefing and optimization.
• Design care pathways and clinical workflow redesign proposals to improve hospital operations.
• Assist with staffing and reimbursement modeling for hospital leadership communications.
