Job summary

Ethos is seeking healthcare management consultants to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on hospital throughput, care pathway redesign, and service line performance analyses, with emphasis on crafting precise, executive-ready materials.

The engagement is fully remote, 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP, at about $100/hour. Candidates should bring extensive hospital operations experience and proven ability to communicate complex analyses

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of throughput/work
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Support hospital executives with data-driven analyses and briefs
• Collaborate with the AI lab and healthcare teams to ensure quality and accuracy of outputs
