Job summary

GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD is seeking IT Support personnel in Singapore. Responsibilities include onsite and offsite support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT, experience in desktop support, and strong analytical skills. Willingness to travel and work alternate shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
• Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS.
• Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking
• Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous
• Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills
• Willing to travel to multiple sites
• Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM).
