Axiom is seeking skilled Negotiators/Legal consultants with derivatives and securities financing documentation experience to support a Fortune 500 financial services client.

You will negotiate ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA and related contracts, assist with structuring of new products, and review collateral arrangements. Flexible remote, onsite or hybrid engagement depending on client needs. The role offers competitive compensation and exposure to top-tier deals.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years’ experience negotiating complex financial documentation in financial services or law firms.
• Legal qualification or bar admission is welcome but not required.
• Hands-on experience negotiating ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, and Pledge GMSLA documentation.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and finalize documentation for derivatives, repos, securities lending and financing trades.
• Support structuring and documentation of new products.
• Review and improve custodian, triparty and collateral arrangements with risk-aware fixes.
