Job summary

Axiom seeks a Legal Consultant with experience in digital assets or ECM/structured products to provide mid- to long-term support to our global client base in fintech. You will serve as a key legal contact, working remotely or in hybrid arrangements, at the cutting edge of capital markets and innovative asset-linked solutions.

Join our team to advise on equities, structured products, and tokenization projects while collaborating with product, business, and operations teams across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years PQE in structured products, ECM/derivatives, or digital assets.
• Experience in private practice or in-house with capital markets exposure.
• Ability to work autonomously with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities and structured/innovative products across full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, exit).
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts; build program-level docs.
• Work with product, business, marketing, and operations across jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and help develop scalable legal processes and templates.
