Job summary
Axiom, the premier global provider of on-demand legal talent, seeks a Legal Consultant with Structured Finance & Derivaitves / Structured Products experience to support a leading global digital assets client. You will design and structure institutional products and transactions, draft and negotiate core documentation, and provide clear legal and regulatory advice on securities and derivatives.
The role also involves collaborating with multiple teams to support licensing and go‑to‑market
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years PQE/experience in structured finance or derivatives; exposure to repackagings, securitisations and swaps/OTC derivatives
Responsibilities
- Work with senior stakeholders to design and structure institutional products and transactions from concept to execution and launch
- Draft, review and negotiate core documentation for new products and deals, including transaction agreements, terms & conditions, derivatives and trading documentation
- Provide regulatory advice on securities, derivatives and exchange/broker-dealer activities, helping move quickly while managing risk
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Risk and Business teams to support licensing and regulatory initiatives and build an institutional-grade platform
