Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant with deep experience in structured finance and derivatives to support a leading digital assets client. You will help design and structure complex institutional products from concept through execution, drafting core agreements and advising on regulatory considerations.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Business teams to foster an appropriate risk posture while enabling rapid deal execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured finance, derivatives, capital markets or related products.
• Ability to advise on securities, derivatives and broker‑dealer activities.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and structure institutional products and transactions from concept to launch.
• Draft, review and negotiate core product documentation and related contracts.
• Provide clear legal and regulatory guidance on applicable markets and licensing matters.
• Support licensing and regulatory initiatives and build institutional exchange capabilities.
