Job summary

Axiom Law is seeking an ISDA Negotiator to support global banking and financial services clients. The role involves negotiating ISDA-related documents, analyzing technical negotiation points, and collaborating with a team to advance multiple live matters.

Eligibility includes 3+ years in derivatives documentation or negotiation, and strong academic credentials. Axiom offers flexible work arrangements—remote, onsite or hybrid—based on client requirements and project needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience on derivatives documentation and/or negotiation.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate ISDA Master agreements.
• In-house experience within financial services is beneficial.
• Solid knowledge of ISDA negotiation & execution.
• Excellent academic credentials and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate documents including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, or other relevant documents.
• Analyze and resolve technicalities in negotiations.
• Work within a team to progress a portfolio of live matters.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and relationship managers.
• Create an open, progressive environment for a diverse team.
