Axiom is seeking Legal Consultants with Margin Lending and Equity Derivatives/ Prime brokerage experience to support a global investment banking client. You will draft, review, and negotiate documentation for margin loans and equity derivatives, and advise on regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years PQE with direct experience in margin loans or equity derivatives.
• Strong familiarity with industry standard loan docs (APLMA or similar) and equity derivatives products like total return swaps and collar financings.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate documentation for equity-backed financings including margin loans.
• Draft, review and negotiate equity derivatives documentation (e.g., total return swaps, collar financings).
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues relevant to equity financing and equity derivatives.
