Contextual Overview

The role focuses on the negotiation and finalization of complex financial agreements, including ISDA/CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA documents.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3–10+ years negotiating complex financial documentation in a bank, broker, asset manager, or law firm.
• Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on experience negotiating one or more of the following:
  • ISDA/CSA
  • GMRA documentation
  • GMSLA and Pledge GMSLA
• Qualifications: Legal qualification or bar admission is welcome but not required; experienced documentation negotiators are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Negotiate and finalize documentation for derivatives and/or repos, securities lending, and financing trades (e.g., ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, Pledge GMSLA, local annexes).
