You bring 5+ years in corporate sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in health or wellness. You’ll work remotely with a global team, shaping strategies and closing high-impact deals to scale the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate sales, partnerships, or business development in health/fitness sectors.
• Relationship-driven with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Remote-ready; self-motivated and comfortable working with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients, insurance providers, and health & fitness organizations.
• Develop sales strategies to introduce Welling’s solutions into employee or customer wellness programs.
• Manage and nurture ongoing partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.
• Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to align on messaging, proposals, and integration plans for corporate clients.
