INTELLECT COMPANY PTE. LTD. seeks an Enterprise Client Success Manager to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term impact of our mental health benefits platform across large enterprise accounts.

You will own the end-to-end client journey from implementation to renewal and expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business stakeholders to align programmes with organisational goals and drive employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience building long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate platform value into measurable outcomes.
• Track record of delivering complex programmes on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Design engagement strategies and report impact to clients.
• Drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and client satisfaction.
