Job summary

Ma Kuang Chinese Medicine & Research Ctr Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to grow the corporate client base, form strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across healthcare and wellness services.

The role covers end-to-end development from prospecting to negotiations, account management and performance assessment, with collaboration across Marketing, Operations, clinics and events teams. Assistant Manager track available for stronger performers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate sales, partnerships or account management.
• Healthcare, wellness, corporate benefits or events experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Mandarin helps when engaging Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proven track record in acquiring clients and generating revenue.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for proposals and reporting.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and results-driven with a proactive approach.
• Willing to travel across Singapore for meetings and events.
• Candidates for Assistant Business Development Manager should show stronger experience and capability for strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and partners through outreach, referrals, and networks.
• Develop opportunities for corporate wellness events, health talks and employee benefit programmes.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Build long-term partnerships to strengthen market presence.
