You will own redlining, due diligence, and NDA/vendor reviews with 4+ years of transactional or contracts management experience, crafting precise documents and memos. This role offers remote work in Singapore with 5–20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours if needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Redline commercial contracts, due-diligence issue lists, and memos.
• Conduct clause-risk analyses, NDA and vendor-agreement reviews.
• Prepare negotiation position summaries and obligation/renewal trackers.
• Assist in training a foundational AI lab’s language model on professional document tasks.
