You will support high-volume deals with precision, under defined playbooks, leveraging AI-enabled tools. The role targets lawyers with 1–3 years of transactional experience, strong English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, offering hybrid/remote flexibility within Singapore's

Formación

• LLB degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of transactional legal experience (NDAs, private-equity, M&A, financing).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under defined playbooks.
• Comfort with AI-enabled legal tech.
• Demonstrated multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Guard playbooks to ensure documents align with sponsor expectations.
• Draft and review NDAs and ancillary documents for consistency with playbooks.
• Collaborate with product engineers to refine the AI-driven platform powering Scissero.
• Support high-volume, time-sensitive transactional work with speed and accuracy.
