GitLab is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success Architects to lead a distributed Asia Pacific team focused on driving customer adoption, value realization, and trusted partnerships. You will coach Customer Success Managers & Architects to support onboarding, adoption stages, executive reviews, and renewals, while aligning with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing delivery teams in software/tech or consulting environments.
• Ability to guide teams that drive software adoption and manage customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, business reviews, and renewals.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile/DevOps ways of working.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Customer Success Architects & Managers focused on customer adoption, account health, satisfaction, and advocacy.
• Ensure delivery of the Success package entitlements and increase value by driving usage.
• Coach team members through feedback, development support, and career growth conversations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define team goals and align priorities with company direction.
• Manage resource assignments, staffing levels, and hiring activity to support team coverage.
• Develop senior customer relationships and support trusted advisor partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Support customers during escalations with coordinated, clear responses.
• Improve processes and tools used by the team and oversee OKR initiatives.
