Job summary

Supabase seeks a Partner Development Manager for APAC to build regional presence across all partner types. You will blend new partner development with activation of existing partnerships, working with global strategy and APAC realities.

You will represent partnerships in APAC, build senior relationships, and enable co-selling/co-marketing opportunities while shaping the role as the region grows. Remote work in APAC is supported.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in partnerships, business development, or channel roles with APAC exposure.
• Ability to operate across multiple partner motions – tech integrations, SI/solutions, and startup ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new APAC partners across multiple motions.
• Localise and activate global partnerships for APAC with co-selling and co-marketing.
• Coordinate with sub-functions to translate global strategy into regional execution.
