Job summary

LaraBench is seeking an Enterprise Success Engineer to be the main technical advisor for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. You will guide onboarding, migrations, and scale-up activities, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and providing hands-on guidance for Laravel deployments.

This remote APAC role demands strong English communication, a technical background, and the ability to triage real-time issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing advisory or implementation work.
• Proficiency with Laravel framework in production or personal projects.
• Solid understanding of web app stacks and cloud deployment strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) and related services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing engagements.
• Guide onboarding and migration projects, including environment setup and migrations.
• Provide consultative technical guidance on best practices and deployment workflows.
• Create client-ready materials and advocate for customers internally.
