Job summary

Linear is seeking a Solutions Engineer for APAC to partner with strategic prospects and customers. You will drive end-to-end demos, migrations, and integrations, and accelerate ramp for new sales hires by codifying best practices.

This APAC role is office-based 2–3 days per week, with close collaboration to strengthen Linear’s regional sales presence. You’ll translate complex concepts for engineers and executives and help customers realize Linear’s value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales at a SaaS company.
• Strong hands-on experience with OAuth2, GraphQL, data migrations and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills for engineers and executives.
• Experience with Git/Github and Jira preferred.
• CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Articulate architecture, data model, and integration patterns in tailored demos.
• Plan and execute large-scale migrations, configurations, and API integrations; onboard readiness.
• Build realistic demo environments mirroring enterprise workflows and tests.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create technical training materials and train new hires.
• Be the go-to technical resource for high-priority accounts and assist post-sale adoption.
