Job summary

Linear is a remote-first company with optional co-working offices. This Product Support Specialist role is open to candidates in Australia or Singapore, with work from anywhere in those countries.

You’ll support customers across onboarding, debugging, and feature discovery, partnering with engineering to reproduce issues and surface insights to improve the product and support operations. We offer competitive salary, equity, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion for technology and Linear’s mission.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a technical user base.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues including APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and GitHub is a plus; curious to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in end-to-end engagement including onboarding and setup.
• Investigate and resolve issues across email, Slack, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Document and reproduce bugs with engineering collaboration.
• Surface trends from feedback to inform product choices and operations.
• Lead strategic projects to improve support experience and internal knowledge sharing.
• Deliver high-touch Enterprise support at scale alongside Customer Success and Sales.
