Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to source and acquire New to Bank clients and deepen relationships in the Priority Banking segment. You will analyze client needs, present solutions, and coordinate onboarding with the branch and PB team to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in client acquisition, solid Mandarin skills for Greater China coverage, and strong knowledge of consumer banking products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience in Greater China markets.
• Mandarin language proficiency required.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products (treasury, funds, insurance, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire New to Bank clients.
• Prospect and network to drive opportunities.
• Conduct professional financial analyses and profiling sessions.
• Foster relationships with regular market updates and product trends.
• Collaborate with PB team/branch/PTL to plan monthly targets.
• Coordinate onboarding and servicing across departments.
