Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore seeks a Relationship Manager to excel in client acquisition and account management for high-net-worth clients, offering a range of wealth and consumer banking products. You will build relationships, analyze client needs, and present tailored financial solutions while coordinating with teams to meet business targets.

You will engage in market updates, promotions, and presentations, while ensuring strict regulatory and AML compliance across the customer

Qualifications

• Experience in acquiring high-net-worth clients and expanding a client base.
• Proven ability to manage wealth clients and cross-sell banking products.
• Deep understanding of consumer banking products such as treasury, equities, funds and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
• Foster relationships by providing market updates and trend analyses on local and international products.
• Draw up monthly plans with the PB team to achieve/exceed sales targets and new business goals.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects and deliver after-sales service.
• Manage anti-attrition and retention of clients; organize sales presentations to groups and organisations.
