Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Organise, execute and participate in sales activities and programs.
• Solicit new customers or increase product penetration to meet revenue goals.
• Support consumer sales marketing activities for customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide ongoing servicing of client accounts and identify opportunities for extending basic and priority banking services.
• Cross-sell to existing bank customers to increase share of wallet.
• Adhere to high service levels and promptly attend to customer enquiries.
• Ensure all sales comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
