ETHOZ Capital Ltd in Singapore seeks a dynamic sales professional to develop new customers and secure rental business for MEWPs and MHE, including scissor lifts, boom lifts and forklifts. You will identify opportunities, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and close deals while building lasting relationships.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and MS Office skills are required; knowledge of the construction industry is a plus. Driving licence and own transport are advantageous.

About the role

Develop new customers and secure rental business for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including scissor lifts, boom lifts and forklifts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities through prospecting, customer visits and site visits
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate rental rates and follow up to close deals
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams on equipment availability, delivery, collection and customer support
• Achieve sales targets and cross-sell the company's other products and services

About you

• Proven sales track record, with the initiative and drive to win new customers and achieve sales targets
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the building and construction industry will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driving licence and own transport will be an advantage
