ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive (Construction Equipment) to drive sales and rental opportunities at our Kian Tech Way location. The role requires identifying new customers, building strong contractor relationships, and meeting sales targets with commission incentives.

You will conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil orders while representing a customer-focused, results-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related sales experience.
• Experience in construction equipment rental is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities for equipment sales and rental.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable generators, air compressors, welding machines, and aerial platforms.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand equipment requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales and rental deals.
• Coordinate with indoor sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Sales & Rental Commission
• Duration: Permanent Role
