Job Description

The ideal candidate will:

Develop and manage relationships with automotive dealers by providing suitable business financing solutions, including Floor Stock, Block Discounting. The role supports overall portfolio growth, market share for AFHP Business Facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Relationship Management
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing automotive dealers.
• Understand customers’ business and financing needs and act as the primary point of contact.
• Business Development and Portfolio Growth
• Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers through referrals, networking and market prospecting.
• Deepen existing relationships through cross-selling of suitable financing products and services.
• Work towards assigned business, revenue and profitability targets.
• Credit Advisory, Assessment and Structuring
• Advise customers on suitable financing solutions and facility structures based on business requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis, credit evaluation and due diligence.
• Prepare and present clear, complete and well-supported credit applications for approval.
• Portfolio and Risk Management
• Monitor portfolio performance, utilization, account conduct and financial position.
• Conduct periodic reviews and identify early warning signals, risks and business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with approved terms, internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
