Job summary

FIBI - הבנק הבינלאומי seeks a corporate relationship professional to understand client needs, build lasting relations, and efficiently close deals in Singapore. The role coordinates with product partners and teams locally and overseas.

Applicants should have a banking degree and at least 5 years in corporate client management, with strong coordination, communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese for Mandarin-speaking associates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking and Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in customer relationship in corporate banking.
• Independent with good coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

Responsibilities

• Understand client’s needs, develop and maintain client relationship and conclude client’s deals efficiently

• Manage client queries and problem resolution in timely manner, liaising with risk management, operations and compliance locally and overseas
• Maximize the portfolio of corporate client’s revenue potential by increasing product penetration and active cross-selling of the bank’s services
