Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Singapore is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Administrative professional to support licensing, records, and billing processes within the Regulatory Affairs team.

You will maintain licensing information in SAP, monitor expiry dates, and assist with PQC and AE reporting, ensuring compliance across regulatory activities.

A Diploma in Business Administration or Life Sciences with strong Excel skills is preferred; SAP experience is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update licensing information and status in SAP.
  • Monitor licenses and ensure regulatory records are accurate.
  • Generate and review monthly reports on licenses nearing expiry.
  • Support CD order and invoice processing in line with regulations.
  • Maintain HSA permit applications.
  • Log and track PQC and AE reports.
  • Maintain regulatory and pharmacovigilance records for audits.
  • Assist with regulatory billing and fee tracking.
  • Provide admin support to Regulatory Affairs team.
  • Assist with ad-hoc regulatory activities and projects.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and update therapeutic product licensing information and status in SAP.
  • Monitor product licenses and ensure regulatory records are accurate and up to date.
  • Generate and review monthly reports on products approaching license expiry.
  • Support Controlled Drug (CD) order and invoice processing in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and track Health Science Authority (HSA) permit applications.
  • Assist with logging and tracking Product Quality Complaints (PQC) and Adverse Event (AE) reports.
  • Maintain accurate regulatory and pharmacovigilance records to support reconciliation and audit requirements.
  • Support regulatory billing, invoice processing, and fee tracking.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Regulatory Affairs team.
  • Assist with ad-hoc regulatory activities and departmental projects as required.
Must-Have
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective support to the team.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
