Job summary

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers
• Actively promoting and selling our range of pharmaceutical products
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and cleanliness within the retail space
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reporting on daily sales activities and achievement of sales targets
• Support the wider retail team with other duties as required

Must-Have

• Secondary education or higher
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling cash transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Physically able to perform merchandising activities and stand for extended periods
