Responsibilities

• Oversee regional workplace operations and service delivery for client properties.
• Provide account management, compliance and performance reporting to clients.
• Lead and coach diverse site teams to meet contractual standards and KPIs.
• Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective facility solutions.
• Hire, train, and retain key talent to ensure stable succession.
