Job summary

CMA CGM is hiring for a regional VAS Growth role based in Singapore. You will translate Head Office priorities into regional commercial strategies and guide agency VAS Champions to develop opportunities and achieve targets.

You will coordinate with local sales teams, stakeholders and HO to capture emerging business opportunities, monitor performance, and improve VAS products and propositions across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years business development/sales experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and related Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional VAS growth by identifying opportunities across existing accounts and new customers.
• Translate HO VAS priorities into regional strategies and country actions.
• Guide and support local sales teams and VAS Champions to build a strong VAS pipeline.
• Monitor regional performance and coordinate with agencies on corrective actions.
• Share successful customer cases and commercial best practices across countries.
