Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a part-time, 6-month contractor in Singapore to support the Asia Regional Commercial team with administrative coordination and operational follow-up. The role covers Maritime and Value-Added Services, with a flexible scope aligned to business needs and close collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Agencies and VAS teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in administration, logistics or shipping coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficient MS Office

Qualifications

• Administration and coordination experience in logistics or shipping.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication for internal coordination.
• Ability to follow up on actions and manage timelines.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Regional Commercial team.
• Maintain trackers, logs, reports and dashboards for commercial activities.
• Support documentation, reporting and internal materials preparation.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and monitor timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
