Job summary

CJ Corporation is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager based in Singapore to drive revenue and gross profit across South Asia. The role requires leading regional growth, coordinating across country sales teams, and managing multinational accounts in freight forwarding and logistics.

You will work with operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure a consistent regional customer experience, with a focus on strategic selling, negotiations, and cross-border opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in business development or sales within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven regional or multinational account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASEAN+India trade lanes and markets.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-cultural communication.
• Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and gross profit targets for the South Asia region.
• Develop regional and multinational accounts and manage cross-country opportunities.
• Coordinate pricing, contracts, and service agreements regionally.
• Collaborate with country sales teams and leadership to execute strategy.
• Maintain regional CRM updates and provide forecasts and risk actions.
• Lead regional RFQs and ensure alignment with country execution.
