Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced Regional (Senior) Training Manager to oversee the regional hub in Singapore. You will translate global product, selling ceremony and brand training into actionable learning for local retail teams and distributor partners across SEAO-Asia.

You will operate with autonomy across multiple markets, ensuring high standards of execution while aligning with regional business needs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong regional training capability within a luxury environment, with knowledge of luxury client experience.
• Proven facilitation, Train-the-Trainer delivery and instructional design across in-person, digital and hybrid formats.
• Ability to localize global learning programs without compromising brand identity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing across local, regional, distributor and global teams.
• Data-driven with KPIs to improve learning effectiveness; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional rollout of global product, selling ceremony and brand training.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer programmes for local trainers and adapt content to market cultures.
• Strengthen distributor training capability through direct facilitation and follow-up.
• Build and engage the regional trainer community and share best practices.
• Bridge Global Training with markets by consolidating field feedback and aligning priorities.
