LUXASIA is seeking a seasoned Brand/Marketing professional in Singapore to lead channel marketing, product launches and CRM programs across luxury beauty brands. You will drive go-to-market plans, analyse ROI, manage P&L, and collaborate with sales, marketing services and training teams to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition.

The role focuses on strategic planning, budget management and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced, regional beauty platform.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Channel & Retail Marketing plan development and activation across offline and online channels.
• Forecasting, product launches and trade marketing activities.
• CRM program development, segmentation and activation.
