Job summary

Ecolab Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a high‑impact Training Manager for Southeast Asia to build sales capability across diverse markets and customer environments. You will be a hands‑on trainer and facilitator, leading needs analysis, content localisation and measuring impact to ensure teams perform today and tomorrow.

Design practical learning experiences and deliver across SEA via in‑person, virtual and on‑the‑job coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Centre, Microelectronics, Industrial B2B, or similar technical commercial environments is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting sales, technical service, or customer-facing teams in a technology-driven or solution-selling environment.
• Hands-on facilitation experience (classroom and virtual) with sales, service, or customer-facing audiences.
• Strong grounding in adult learning, facilitation techniques, and experiential training methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end training lifecycle (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Experience designing learning programs across different learner groups, content types, and delivery formats.
• Solid understanding of sales processes; customer-facing or commercial experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand SEA business reality by identifying sales capability gaps and prioritizing training needs.
• Develop regional capability-building strategies that strengthen commercial effectiveness and organizational performance.
• Design, develop and improve sales training programs, workshops and learning materials across SEA markets.
• Deliver engaging training through classroom, virtual, workshops, on-the-job coaching and simulations.
• Plan and coordinate training delivery across multiple countries with consistent learner experience.
• Measure training effectiveness and refine programs to drive behavior change and results.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR and cross-functional teams to align talent strategies and priorities.
• Refresh and enhance learning content to support innovations and product launches.
