Job summary

Swiss haute horlogerie maison is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead retail training across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Korea. You will report to the Director of Marketing and Sales and ensure regional retail teams understand the brand, quality standards, and collections in depth.

You will build strong relationships with retail partners, deliver impactful training at the point of sale, and oversee the annual regional training plan with budget responsibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Training, Education or related field.
• 15+ years of experience as a trainer in luxury goods preferred.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual regional training plan and manage its budget.
• Oversee the LMS platform, user accounts, module rollouts and engagement activities.
• Organise classroom training including technical/movement training with internal and external partners.
• Design and deliver product and technical training for POS staff across the region.
• Develop training content and assess effectiveness of training.
• Identify training needs among retailers and adapt plans accordingly.
• Support regional sales events and exhibitions.
• Report on training activities and budget.
