Job summary

LVMH is seeking an Assistant Retail Excellence Manager for Southeast Asia and Australia. You will execute the training strategy, organize sessions, and coordinate global programs with HQ and regional partners to drive growth.

The role emphasizes field coaching, performance management, and development of high-potential staff across Asia Pacific. You will design materials, analyze training needs, and lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives while collaborating with Retail and HR Directors to close

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of training experience in luxury retail or fashion is preferred.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adopt training directions and strategies for Asia Pacific.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional partners on global training programs.
• Organize training sessions, scheduling, venues, and logistics.
• Analyze training needs across offices and retail teams in Asia markets.
• Coordinate selling skills, merchandising, marketing, CRM, and visual merchandising training.
• Design training plans, materials, and systems to meet business needs.
• Develop classroom and on-the-job training and follow-up actions.
• Work with Retail Director on performance management and gaps via Mystery Shopper and NPS.
• Create workshops and contests to address development needs.
• Conduct frequent store visits for field coaching.
• Support succession planning with insights on competencies of high potentials.
• Evaluate training programs and implement revisions to delivery methods.
