Toll Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Strategic Tender Analyst to lead RFQ reviews, vetting, and cross-functional bid design. You will coordinate with Procurement, Product and Tradelane teams, manage pricing strategies, and ensure compliant, timely proposals.

With 5+ years in freight forwarding or a multinational context, you will excel at data-driven assessments, negotiations support, and maintaining pricing assets while monitoring market trends to inform bids.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational company (MNC) and the freight forwarding industry is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite is non-negotiable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Tools is highly desirable, particularly Power Pivot and Power Query.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and work with challenging delivery timelines.
• Ability to persuade others and communicate ideas effectively to gain support and alignment.

Responsabilités

• In-Depth Tender Review: analyse qualified RFQ documents to understand requirements, volumes, lanes and SLAs.
• RFQ Vetting: lead cross-functional team to evaluate tender against strategy and criteria, assess factors such as Right-to-win and competitive landscape.
• Red-lining: flag issues needing approvals from Legal, Finance, Compliance or SMEs for action.
• Internal Collaboration Hub: act as project manager for tender response, liaising with Procurement, Product and Tradelane teams.
• Pricing Strategy: build compliant, competitive pricing offers while developing market intelligence.
• Quality Assurance: ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with SOW and instructions.
• Submission Management: ensure proposals are submitted correctly and on time.
