Job summary

Zohorecruit in Singapore is seeking a Tender Manager to effectively handle customer tenders and align opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives. You will work with global/regional teams to prepare, price, and submit tenders for major customers from the APAC region.

The role requires 1-3 years of logistics experience, strong MS-Excel skills, and fluent English. Based in Singapore, the position is on-site with a focus on accurate pricing, stakeholder coordination, and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Work with global/regional account management to prepare and submit tenders for global/strategic customers.

• Develop pricing analysis and project plans aligned with the tender process.
• Maintain tender records in internal reports and document management systems.
• Lead or participate in cross-region meetings to provide tender insights.
• Troubleshoot tender issues and implement corrective actions.

Job Description

General Description:

This position is responsible for effective handling of tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company's strategic objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with global and / or regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
• Analyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers
• Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation inline with the global tender management process
• Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system
• Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis from Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goal.
• Trouble shoot any tender related issues and make concerted corrective actions plan to ensure
• Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required

Skills Required:

• Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory
